Sinokrot Global Group (SGG) was honored yesterday for being the strategic sponsor of the Second Coffee and Chocolate Expo, held for the second year in a row at the Grand Park Hotel in Ramallah. Leading companies, businessmen and traders participated in the expo and more than 50,000 visitors attended the event between 20-22 December.

SGG participated as the strategic sponsor of the expo with the largest booth, offering product tasting and discounts on sales. A group of children activities were held at SGG’s booth, including entertainment and cultural shows as well as thousands of giveaways to visitors of the booth.

Eng. Mazen Sinokrot, SGG Chairman and CEO remarked, “SGG is the leading Palestinian company in manufacturing chocolate and biscuits and we are proud to sponsor prosperous initiatives in this sector. What is unique about this specific initiative is that it is not traditional, it is a social and commercial event that gathers a large number of Palestinian families to bring joy and draw a smile on their faces.

Visitors were pleased with the efforts of the event organizers and commended the expo’s main mission and strong participation of companies. Visitors were also happy to be introduced to locally produced chocolates and expressed pride in national production that competes with international products. They requested that Palestinians unite in supporting local brands.
